Day One
Receive the items for calibration. If the calibration items are received before 12 noon then this will be counted as day 1. For goods received after this then the next working day (not including Weekends & Bank Holidays) will be classified as day 1.
Day Four
Dispatch items on a next day courier.
This service is charged at 50% of the calibration cost for the items returned. To enable us to achieve this turn around the following apply:
- Items must be returned with appropriate application form (fully completed) and purchase order number
- Exterior packaging must be clearly identified “Calibration Fast Track” in large letters
- Items do not require adjustment
