Pack Equipment

Please ensure you pack the equipment according to the instructions supplied on the workshop application form. If the equipment is not adequately packed, the equipment can be damaged in transit.

From 1st May 2026 Terms of Service

A charge will be made to inspect the equipment (please refer to the Workshop Application Form for current costs). This will cover:

  • Inspection of the equipment
  • Raising an estimate
  • Return carriage in the event the repair estimate is not accepted.

Please provide a Purchase Order to cover this cost when submitting your equipment for repair.

If the Estimate of Repair is accepted the Inspection Charge will be discounted against this repair charge.

If you choose not to proceed with the repair or your equipment is no longer repairable, the Inspection Charge can be used as credit towards a new instrument supplied by us.

Once estimated the customer has 30 calendar days to decide what to do. If we have not received instructions from the customer within 30 days we will commence arrangements to return the balance to them and invoice them for the inspection charge

We offer a fixed price repair service for pipettes (excluding spares): RepCal
