Charlie is always incredibly polite, and helpful and is clear in giving timelines and managing our expectations of the calibration visit which I find incredibly useful. He also takes an active role in email comms and questions which is great as a customer to have that level of input from the engineer. Magdalena is also very responsive and helpful during organisation of the service. | |
