Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? When our calibration visit was first scheduled we were told all pipettes could be calibrated on site (with the use of a 6 place balance which the engineer would bring). Unfortunately when the engineer arrived he didn’t have the 6 place balance and our P20 pipettes could not be calibrated onsite. This was disappointing as arrangements were made prior to the visit to ensure all pipettes could be calibrated onsite. After speaking to John Hallis, he arranged for the P20 pipettes to be calibrated back at head office and processed quickly. This was very much appreciated by ACCIUK. Your engineer was very helpful whilst onsite and answered all of our queries relating to the pipettes specification. We were very happy with the staff which were involved in the visit and who helped us when things didn’t go as planned. |
