Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? With such a large amount of pipettes (which do change over the year) the insistence to identify and catalogue without flexibility prior to service is unrealistic. Basing on previous individual visits didn’t provide and accurate reflection of requirement. The new 6 digit balance being attempted to be used severely delayed the process which I guess wasn’t factored into the final costings. Even with an isolated room with concrete floors and laboratory grade benching it could not be made to work reliably. |
