Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? Generally the service provided was very good. The only improvement that I could possibly suggest is that the paperwork relating to the calibration could have been forwarded to us in a more timely manner to allow us to fully update our records. A comment from my colleague is that perhaps the engineer could carry a supply of replacement parts to provide on-site repair if required. |
