Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? The New Engineer was brilliant and very good at completing the paperwork. We had to remove some balances from European Instruments contract due the higher check weights involved. Could be a little bit more Flexible on dates as our calibration dates change due to the Production Schedule changing all the time. Certificates where changed slightly so you clearly see what balances had calibration failures which is really helpful to us. Yes very pleased |
