Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? I just mark you down on the Overall service from Excellent to Good because your engineer forgot to stick a calibration sticker onto one of our balances & I then had to chase him for the sticker. Very minor I know but overall very pleased with your service & will definitely come back to you. |
