Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? I requested advice and was given information that didn’t help. I was then advised to purchase a new product. I then contacted again and was put through to the servicing and engineers and they solved the problem in one telephone conversation. The original sales person got back to me four months later with the information I required. so, it telephone conversation and sales product team were very slow. |
