Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? I wasn’t at all impressed with the customer service. No acknowledgement of my PO until I asked the question a week later. No suggestion of when the service would be booked, and a last minute email from the service team asking if a date 2 days later would be acceptable for a service. The impression this makes is a feeling of disorganisation and chaos. Communication with customers seems to be a low priority. The engineer was excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. He also sent the calibration certificate when he said he would. |
