Fantastic service. I dealt with the Field Business Manager in the absence of our Technical Sales Advisor – My usual; contact – who discussed and arranged the visit for me very quickly. We did have some issues with the purchase orders, that were our fault, however the Service Team helped navigate these and rectify the issue. Lastly, we still had a coupe of balances that had not been quoted for calibration, once again our fault, however the team and engineer allowed us to have them calibrated on the day and pay later which was very accommodating and helpful.
