Communication was marked down as I enquired about the progression of the calibration via email with my correspondent, but I had no reply. These weights are used for calibration of balances that are frequently used it would have been great to have received an update on the progression of the calibration or an email informing me that the calibration was completed and the equipment was in transit. | |
