Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? The first time I have used your pipette service, overall a disappointing experience. I sent the pipette to you in late October 2022, I chased a response to confirm receipt on 30/11/22. In mid-December my diagnosis of the fault was confirmed and I was advised that the pipette had to be returned to the supplier in Germany for repair. It still had not left the UK on the 6th of Feb 2023 and I only received a quotation for the repair on the 22/2/23… 4 months after supplying it to you. On the 25th of March I again had to chase for an update and the pipette arrived with us a at the end of March. I surmise that your lab is very busy and the ‘unusual’ request of a single pipette repair fell through the cracks, hardly impressive though. |
