| Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? Repair of 2 pipettes took around 3 months. When I chased it up, I was told that there was a delay on parts. However, I have been previously informed that the fault is a common problem so surely it would be a good idea to have some parts in stock? Time scale is really not acceptable | |
