| Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? I thought the service and the communication was very good although I thought a little more attention could have been paid to the information already given, I was asked for information that if the email had been scanned down some of the information was already there. Also having given the information requested and been given a quote including return delivery we were then told that the delivery was more because of the size of weight and I had to amend our purchase order. This is not a criticism as such just a little more attention to detail. | |
