Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? I had a very positive response to my initial website request from your Technical Sales Representative via both telephone and email. He was informative, helpful and enthusiastic. Although, once the Service Team became involved there was a lot of backwards and forwards, no less than 6 emails, repeating information which was included in the original application, before an appointment was set up. I felt as if my emails were not being read and understood fully and that I was talking into a technical vacuum which existed only to tick boxes on a form (repeatedly!). However, your engineer, was efficient, punctual, and polite, and a great representative for the company’s calibration service. |
