| Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? The engineer explained could not perform the service of our fume hood due to burn damage to our carbon filter. The engineer thoroughly explained why this could not occur and stated he would send out a quote to replace the filters. The engineer was very helpful and informative. | |
