| Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? Feedback for Pipette Service was excellent, both onsite and at EI. Communications was also excellent. With regards to the weight calibration, the time to calibrate was excessive and I had to ask for updates. EI are 30% more expensive than previous pipette calibrators we have used however the location is great. Will be looking at the costs closer next year. | |
