| Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? I would like to see if possible the ISO8655 acceptance limits on the certificate itself, or ideally a PASS/FAIL indicating if these limits have been met. As without this it takes quite a bit of time to go through multiple certificates and find the acceptance criteria myself, if a PASS/FAIL box is not on the certificate i would like to see the criteria beside each reading to assess myself if the pipettes have passed. Also your ISO8655 terminology does not match on the certificate to the website whereby the certificate labels the results as (% inaccuracy) with the website stating (% accuracy) which are two different things. When asking on web chat it was explained as just a difference in terminology. | |
