Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? I haven’t yet received our certificate of calibration. It is 8 working days since our calibration was done – so I assume this automatic survey just pipped it to the post! Besides that, the engineer was pleasant and efficient and the communication from the sales team to organise and confirm the appointment was polite and informative. |
