Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? Excellent service on the whole and very impressed with yout team for finding us a solution to accommodate our onsite visit. Only one criticism and that is that it took a little longer than expected to receive the pipettes back that weren’t calibrated on-site that your engineer took back with him. My impression was that the delay may have been caused by the fact you were waiting for an additional PO for a 12-channel that was added at the last minute – but nobody informed me of this until today. |
