Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? I was slightly disappointed that the calibrator was allocated a certain amount of days to calibrate our pipettes, however he wasn’t able to utilise all the allocated time on our site as he had ‘time sensitive calibrations’ at another site. This caused me to have to send in a large number of pipettes, a few at a time to because it is impractical to send more than 4 or 5 at a time. |
