Do you have any general feedback you would like to provide on the service we offer? My experience is that European instruments needs to understand the needs of its individual customers. Recognition of something that is different from the usual service asked for would have saved my company time money and effort, a simple courtesy call would have been appreciated. My issue this time around was that my customer service team member did not tick the box for adjustments required and this was not questioned by EI. We are a weighing company like EI and would expect our weights to be within tolerance at all times, so why would we not want a weight out of calibration within a set not to be adjusted. |
